Trial 03 · Heavy Dobby

The heaviest of the trial constructions: a dense dobby weave with a heavier effect weft, meant for sofa fronts and seating where weight and cover matter. Contract use waits for abrasion and flammability results; until then every test on this page reads 'Testing in progress'.

Working name; the design code KAP-0103 stays fixed.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order?

100 m per design-colourway in a stock colour, and 300 m for a custom colour. These are trade terms, subject to the signed order.

How do I get swatches?

Traders and sofa makers get up to six A4 swatches free; importers get a swatch card set and a hanger set of eight designs free. Sample metres are charged at list price and credited against your first order. Domestic kits dispatch within 48 hours of address confirmation and export kits within 3 working days, on your courier account. Kits ship from January 2027.

Are the specifications on this page measured?

Not yet. Values marked 'Target' are design targets for the first weaves. Tests that have not been run read 'Testing in progress'. We publish a measured value only with its lab report or in-house test record.

Do you export?

Yes. FOB Hazira or Nhava Sheva, CIF on request, quoting from Q1 2027. We do not ship DDP. First orders are on advance TT or LC.
